I really like BEYON and all it’s cash backs percentages, easy to use app. One thing to improve is adding a way to transfer money not only to BEYON users but to others either by phone number or their IBAN. to increase the transfer operations.

Interesting Concept with Potential

Smooth app and registration is clean and straightforward. Got some issues with the app currently using web view for many of the core functionalities as it does slow down the process of performing essential tasks (e.g. Checking a specific card’s transactions). Still missing a lot of key bank integrations. The heavy dependency on web-views also causes an error to keep being displayed every time I hit back.

All in all.. liking the concept and waiting to see what the next update holds

Do not use for tickets!

Purchased some event tickets using Beyon card. Unfortunately, the events were cancelled so I requested a refund. As soon as the refund entered my account, the card got automatically suspended. This happened twice. It also takes about 48-72 hours for this to resolve only after you raise a support ticket with them. This timeframe does not include Bahraini weekends.

If you are travelling internationally and your flight gets cancelled, which results in a refund (and obviously getting your card suspended), better make sure you have another means of getting by as you wont be able to use this card for 48-72 hours.
