I really wanted to like this app/company because I think it's a great idea. However, I have no way to use them. I have the app and the debit card, but zero ways to get money into the account. The app has Move Money, Load Cash, Pay Bills, Find ATM and Load Check. When I click on Move Money, Pay Bills or Load Check I get the same error message: MOVE MONEY (or the other text) IS UNAVAILABLE. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. WE'LL UPDATE YOU ONCE MOVE MONEY IS WORKING AGAIN. So, I guess I'll wait a few weeks and see what happens, but I'll be deleting it and shredding my debit card if nothing moves after that.

I was disappointed. I've had the app for a couple of months but honestly don't use the bank at all bc I'm leery of putting money in the care of an app only based company when the app isn't completely working. My example of my debit card. The app still is showing that my card needs to be activated and it appears that i do not gain access to everythin g until it is active, which I'm told that it already is. Overall, the app just need some work and this would be a very good app and Bank.

This banking system should have not launched this early without all of its coding done. Not only does the app have misspelled words, but the entire program is way behind in standard software functions. I am really angry to give this company personal information, be denied because my information couldn't be verfied, then weeks later receive a card so I activated it.Transfered money, tried to pay a bill, card was declined, called support, my card has been canceled and my money is gone!!!!
