Was really good and fantastic last year (2023) but it is not working anymore, I have tried several hundreds times to open it but it's not responding, l have only been able to open it once this year(2024) and that was in January. And also, some of the accumulated CPD points doesn't reflect on our portal. I have 15points from January(2024) but it is not reflecting on my portal. Please do well and fix it. Thank you.

I recently updated the app as an update was available and since then I can't get access to the app again. This app is very educative and covers a wide range of topics so this challenge must be quickly solved to help us all

This up was very educative last year . I had refreshed myself on Nursing, midwifery nursing, theatre nursing and other courses . Thank you. But this year I can't open the page because it keeps on asking the username and password even when I write the correct email address and surname. Please help. Thank you

You don't use your email address but your username. They are not the same. The password is the one you set it to the first time you logged into the app. If you have forgotten your username, please use the forgotten username on the app. It will be emailed to you. If you then need your password you can use forgotten username
