The LiTRO mobile app is a 24/7 help service for car owners on your phone.
More than 100 types of Roadside Assistance services related to the repair and maintenance of passenger vehicles. The most popular are tire replacement and pumping, engine heating, computer diagnostics, fuel delivery, and towing services, legal and technical advice, car concierge services.
More than 80 types of Auto Advocate services, a professional service to protect the rights and interests of car owners and to provide them with qualified assistance in complex legal matters.
The app has an intuitive interface and an efficient search filter to find the required service in full accordance with the vehicle category.
You can use the LiTRO app on a one-time basis or obtain an annual programs: Roadside Assistance and Auto Lawyer, with free access to the main services of the service throughout the year.
The app allows you to locate your vehicle, send an instant request for the prompt arrival of a technician, or call the 24/7 Call Centre - in Kazakhstan on the number 5070 and in Uzbekistan on the number 1353.
LiTRO operates in all cities in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
The in-house Call Centre takes requests on a 24/7 basis and technicians are on call around the clock. Our own fleet of branded vehicles for roadside assistance is equipped with all the necessary specialised equipment for urgent repairs.

Хороший сервис
Сервис хороший, а приложение пойдет👌🏼Приехал механик на брендированной машине за 10 мин со всем необходимым оборудованием. Проблему устранил.
Приложение отстой
Ребята вы берете не маленькие деньги за свой сервис.
Но при заказе такси домой - присылаете такой шрот. Такие машины в принципе уже ездить не должны по дорогам. А вы клиентам отправляете их.
Сервис и приложение желают лучшего
Был негативный опыт по данному приложению.
Был мороз, машина не завелась и вспомнил про сервис помощи на дороге.
Первое, что не понравилось, это то, что сервис собирает личные данные такие как ИИН;
Второе, чтобы заявку подать, нужно оплатить заранее, то есть нужно платить даже за неоказанную услугу;
Третье, долгая реакция, по заявке статус висит, непонятно кто исполнитель;
Четвертое, после отмены заявки, она не отображается в списке заявок, как будто её там никогда не было;
Пятое, возврат средст мутный, то есть нигде нет информации о том, как вернуть деньги и сколько их ждать;
Шестое, дозвониться до службы тех поддержки еще тот квест;
Седьмое, в приложении и на сайте нет контактной информации и адреса компании.
Полностью разочарован сервисом и работой приложения. Вместо того, чтобы наводить там красоту, лучше основным функционалом и качеством сервиса заниматься.
