In theory good. In reality: flop
Easy to place an order, but it’s whether the store bothers to look at their online orders and fulfils them without being prompted. Some stores are good and proactive, but my local store - marks it as complete, and then I have to wait 10-15 mins while they serve people rocking up to the counter. Defeats the purpose of ordering online.
Fantastic Smooth App - Game Changer!
I recently downloaded the Chargrill Charlies app, and I have to say, it's an absolute game-changer! As a self-proclaimed foodie, I'm always on the lookout for new and exciting eateries, and Chargrill Charlies has quickly become one of my favorites. The app is incredibly easy to use, with a simple interface that makes ordering a breeze. But the real standout feature is the menu - from their famous chargrilled chicken to their mouthwatering burgers, every dish is cooked to perfection and bursting with flavour. Plus, the app offers a range of exclusive deals and discounts, making it even more tempting to order in.
Useful to order most of the time but…
Have had issues in the past with being unable to order using the app. I am now unable to use my Charlie Coins to purchase small chips as a reward.
