Ordering first time from your app. Worst experience ever slow service. It's been 2 weeks since i placed my order but it has not shipped yet. And the worst part i am not able to cancel it also. No one is there to there to help you once the order is placed. You have to take it no other option left. I would have given it a zero star rating if possible.

Order no.#2279115 3 perfume in the ongoing sale. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered, my order is showing delayed. When I am trying to connect with customer support, the bot on WhatsApp chat gives only option to see the delivery timings, I am not getting connected to the agents. I am not able to cancel the order. I am not able to get the confirmation details of my order whether it'll be delivered to me or not. This is just a simple con. Even raised the issue on email, still no response.

I urges all the new customers not to fall for their 3 for Rs. 500 scheme. When I initially placed the order there were no such information like the products were sold out or anything. But after I paid the amount and the amount was already deducted from my bank account, when I checked my order history it is said that my order was not fulfilled and out of the 3 products 2 was out of stock. Seriously!! how is that even possible and the order is been stucked for the past 10 days not shipped yet.
