Ease of use makes this app great. Incidentally, the local payment office is next door to me, practically next door but have no reason to go there to make payment which I do in the comfort of my apartment. The only negative: could not add my meter in my personal residence in another state.😢 Otherwise, great app and easy to use.

Not happy at all Downloaded this app two days ago ,made my first purchase to check it out and it was so fast, I decided to buy 5k top up more yesterday night ,they gave me token ,I have tried recharging but it kept saying used. And my meter is yet to be credited. Who them used a token generated for my own meter just in an hour.how do I get my money back or get credited atleast

The app is reliable and stress free and their customer service team is efficient and responsive as well. I enjoy using the app for my electricity bill. I had issues while loading my meter, so I called the customer service line and I was attended to in no time, the issue was resolved by one of their agents.
