One of the worst shopping app. Waste of time. They dont have a proper team to sort the customer issues. The order is not deliver to me and finally it got cancelled and return back to them without any proper communication. Totally damaging the brand name because of the poor management and their courier patner smart logistics is also have a poor management. At the end Allen solly app and management are very very bad.

My first experience was the worst. I do not have an option to call or chat with a live person about the delayed delivery. All you have is a WhatsApp bot with no help. From 3 days status shows as out for delivery but no details and not delivered. Not sure if this is a true site or fake. Thi k before you purchase here please

One of the worst shopping app i have installed and got scammed. I ordered white shirt in the app of 2000rs and got the different shirt of different local company, i raised the complaint through mail but they haven't replied to mail. They didn't even care about the customer problem and they're not trying to resolve. Worst experience
