It started to prompt the "Neon" offer and can't log in without accepting it, but i don't need it, and it's very annoying that you push your products like this. Won't accept it because i don't want to open a bank account and get a card that I won't use, and I have to waste time to cancel it in your offices. Just want to make a payment for my lease... and won't use your services again. Not to mention the religiously high return rate..

I think it is a great option to use for purchases, I have used it before, but now, TBI is not accepting to pay the installments with a credit card, only debit. for my point of view, lots of users will be caught at last minute, like I did. I had to borrow the amount to pay the installment due to this inconvenience.

App often loads slowly or doesn't work at all. There are a few bugs that are consistently not fixed. Some are just annoying, others are functionality-limiting. And I can't report them because neither the in-app chat works (got a message that all operators are busy and no one ever answered), nor the contact form in the app works - got an error that my message can't be sent because I'm not with the latest version, but there isn't a newer one on Google Play... Nice idea, but a poor quality control.
