I did a lab test at Prodia then was advised to download this application to see the lab results. But strangely, when logging in, it doesn't work at all and ends with an http 400 response. Until now I can't log in at all. I requested that it be sent to email but it couldn't be done, unfortunately I had to go back to Prodia to get the lab results directly.

I can't even log in and insert my password even though it's the correct password. There is no new email sent to reset the password. I tried several times but nothing was sent. There was no problem using the old prodia app to choose or pay for the tests. But now i cannot do any transactions. Please do something!

Finally. After a couple of calls to CS and a chat session via WhatsApp that tested my patience, I can finally see my test's result in a separate attachment. Previously it was only .pdf file with zero information except my personal detail. The option I chose to receive the test result in apps should simplify and make it as breeze. Unfortunately it was very time consuming and upsetting.
