It's worst experience with the zoomcar host app, the functionality of the app is not up to the mark and the customer support team is not well trained to understand and how to analyse the issue. Totally both experiences, the app and customer support are worst. They are least bothered about the problems of the customer who are keeping the vehicles in the listing. Because they got good number of hosts when compared from 2021 till 2024, so they are neglecting the new host issues. Worst experience.

Seriously there is a big issue with the app and both the parties host and guest are put to trouble. Multiple tickets have been raised but there is no response except closing the cases without even attending to it. Though i have been getting back to back bookings i wonder when this app issue will get resolved. Request a call back as i am not able to raise a ticket. I have to clear the data to get access to help and support each time.

Zoomcar the app is very poorly coded. Many bugs. I'm trying to upload the damaged pics of the car and it isn't letting me upload pics but the timer is going on to fill the checklist. If I didn't upload my car will be damaged by the guest and it will be on me. You need to update the app. You also need to improve you customer support. According to you we can't have any other problems except that are listed. And if have other problems you can't solve them even though they are caused by you.
