The app is not allowing me to create a new account with UAE pass. I have tried multiple times, but after I tap on create a new account, I get a white processing screen, which seems never to complete the processing even after waiting over 10 mins & if I refresh the page it say request canceled by user. If I can log in, what good is this app for usage....?

Very bad experience to log in I don't know what happened I hadn't device to connect as bomtric I'm using UAE Pass and doesn't take even through the app it's giving me the same issues I don't know what kind of update and the more worriest that the company PRO put it his phone number in my ID so I can't receive even OTP to log in last week I was log in normal now it doesn't you are making things more complicated instead of making it easier

What happened to the app, since I got this notification saying that logging in will be with uae pass only I was logged out and couldn't log in after that, something is wrong with the app.. please fix it as soon as possible!
