The app is good however it is never clear as to whether you have purchased a package or not and also I only see certain packages. I don't believe all available all included packages are shown. 3/1/21 Edit of the above comment: It IS clear now when you have purchased a package. It is possible it was operator error on my part. However, when you spin and are AWARDED a data prize it doesn't seem to show that particular award anywhere. Overall it is the best carrier app I've used!!

Now I can't log into my app. I updated the app. ... sighhh I was using this app all of two years with no challenges... then it just stopped showing me my account balance along with the 2 other accounts that I had attached to my app... I was given an email address to message about my situation, which I have done but I'm yet to get a response and I did that email from June.

A few bugs: Autopay doesn't work It forgets my phone number when I pay by credit card Doesn't let you select a plan first then pay, you have to go to top up then find a plan. Should work both ways. Still pretty good.
