وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏"‏‏:‏أتدرون من المفلس‏؟‏‏"‏ قالوا ‏:‏ المفلس فينا من لا درهم له ولا متاع فقال‏:‏ ‏"‏إن المفلس من أمتي يأتي يوم القيامة بصلاة وصيام وزكاة، ويأتي قد شتم هذا، وقذف هذا وأكل مال هذا، وسفك دم هذا، وضرب هذا، فيعطى هذا من حسناته، وهذا من حسناته، فإن فنيت حسناته قبل أن يقضي ما عليه، أخذ من خطاياهم فطرحت عليه، ثم طرح في النار‏"‏ (‏رواه مسلم‏‏)‏(رياض الصالحين 218).‏‏‏

Abu Hurairah (May Allah bepleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Do you know who is the bankrupt?" They said: "The bankrupt among us is one who has neither money with him nor any property". He said, "The real bankrupt of my Ummah would be he who would come on the Day of Resurrection with Salat, Saum and Sadaqah (charity), (but he will find himself bankrupt on that day as he will have exhausted the good deeds) because he reviled others, brought calumny against others, unlawfully devoured the wealth of others, shed the blood of others and beat others; so his good deeds would be credited to the account of those (who suffered at his hand). If his good deeds fall short to clear the account, their sins would be entered in his account and he would be thrown in the (Hell) Fire". 
[Muslim][Riyad as-Salihin 218].

Selon Abou Hourayra (RA), le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) a dit : « Savez-vous qui a fait faillite ? » Ils dirent : « Nous considérons comme failli parmi nous celui qui a perdu son argent et ses biens ». Il dit : « Le failli de ma communauté qui viendra le jour de la résurrection ayant fait la prière, observé le jeûne et payé l’impôt (zakat). Il vient après avoir insulté celui-ci, accusé celui-là de dévergondage, mangé l’argent de tel autre, répandu le sang de celui-là, et frappé tel autre. On répartit ses bonnes actions entres ses victimes et, si elles ne suffisent pas à le racheter auprès d’elles, on prend de leurs péchés, on les jette sur lui et il est ensuite jeté en Enfer ». (Rapporté par Moslem) [Riyad as-Salihin 218].

Ebû Hüreyre’den (ra) rivayet edildiğine göre Resûlullah ￼ : –Biliyor musunuz müflis kimdir, dedi.
–Bizce müflis, parası ve malı olmayan kimsedir, dediler.
Bunun üzerine Resûlullah ￼ şöyle buyurmuştur:
–Benim ümmetimin müflisi şu kimsedir: Kıyamet gününde namaz, oruç ve zekâtla gelir, fakat şuna sövmüş, buna iftira etmiş, şunun malını yemiş, bunun kanını dökmüş ve şunu dövmüştür. Bundan dolayı onun iyiliklerinden, hak sahiplerinin her birine verilir. Üzerinde olan haklar ödenmeden iyilikleri tükenirse, hak sahiplerinin günahları o kimseye yüklenir, sonra da o kimse cehenneme atılır.

وعن أبي أمامة إياس بن ثعلبة الحارثي رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏"‏ من اقتطع حق امرئ مسلم بيمينه فقد أوجب الله له النار، وحرم عليه الجنة” فقال رجل‏:‏ وإن كان شيئًا يسيرًا يا رسول الله ‏؟‏ فقال‏:‏ “وإن قضيبًا من أراك” (‏رواه مسلم‏‏)‏‏(رياض الصالحين 214).‏‏‏

Abu Umamah (May Allah bepleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Allah decrees the (Hell) Fire and debars Jannah for the one who usurps the rights of a believer by taking a false oath." One man asked: "O Messenger of Allah! Even if it should be for an insignificant thing?" He said, "Even if it be a stick of the Arak tree (i.e., the tree from which Miswak sticks are taken)".
[Muslim][Riyad as-Salihin 214].

Selon Abou Oumâma Iyâs Ibn Ta’laba (RA), le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) a dit : « Celui qui usurpe de sa main droite le droit d’un Musulman, Dieu a rendu obligatoire son entrée en Enfer et lui a interdit le Paradis ». Quelqu’un dit : « Même s’il s’agit de quelque chose de futile ? O Messager de Dieu ! » - « Quand même c’est un simple bâton d’arac (plante commune de l’Arabie dont le bois sert à se curer les dents et qui se vent très bon marché). (Rapporté par Moslem)[Riyad as-Salihin 214].

Ebû Ümâme İyâs b. Sa’lebe el-Hârisi’den (ra) rivayet edildiğine göre Resûlullah ￼ şöyle buyurmuştur:
–Bir kimse, yalan yere yemin ederek bir Müslümanın hakkını gasbederse, Allah o kimseye cehennemi vacip kılar ve cenneti haram eder. Bunun üzerine bir adam:
–Yâ Resûlallah, eğer o hak, küçük bir şey ise, deyince Peygamber ￼ : –İsterse misvak ağacından bir dal parçası olsun, buyurdu.
(M353 Müslim, Îmân, 218) [Riyâzü’s-Sâlihîn 214].

وعن عبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص رضي الله عنهما عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ “المسلم من سلم المسلمون من لسانه، ويده، والمهاجر من هجر ما نهى الله عنه” (‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏ ‏(رياض الصالحين 211).‏‏‏

Abdullah bin 'Amr bin Al-'as (May Allah bepleased with them) reported:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hands the Muslims are safe; and a Muhajir (Emigrant) is the one who refrains from what Allah has forbidden".
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim][Riyad as-Salihin 211].

Selon ‘Abdullâh Ibn ‘Amr Ibn Al ‘Âs (RA), le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) a dit : « Le musulman est celui dont les musulmans sont à l’abri du mal de sa langue et ses mains. Le fugitif de la Mecque à Médine (Al Mouhajer) est celui qui a fui les interdits de Dieu »[Riyad as-Salihin 211].

Abdullah b. Amr b. Âs’tan (ra) rivayet edildiğine göre Peygamber ￼ şöyle demiştir:
Müslüman, dilinden ve elinden Müslümanların emin olduğu kimsedir. Muhacir de Allah’ın yasakladığı şeylerden kaçınan kimsedir. (B10-B11 Buhârî, Îmân, 4-5; M161-M162 Müslim, Îmân, 64-65) [Riyâzü’s-Sâlihîn 211].

عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏ من كانت عنده مظلمة لأخيه، من عرضه أو من شيء، فليتحلله منه اليوم قبل أن لا يكون دينار ولا درهم ، إن كان له عمل صالح أخذ منه بقدر مظلمته، وإن لم يكن له حسنات أخذ من سيئات صاحبه فحمل عليه‏"‏ (‏رواه البخاري)‏‏(رياض الصالحين 210).‏‏‏

Abu Hurairah (May Allah bepleased with him) reported:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "He who has done a wrong affecting his brother's honour or anything else, let him ask his forgiveness today before the time (i.e., the Day of Resurrection) when he will have neither a dinar nor a dirham. If he has done some good deeds, a portion equal to his wrong doings will be subtracted from them; but if he has no good deeds, he will be burdened with the evil deeds of the one he had wronged in the same proportion".
[Al-Bukhari][Riyad as-Salihin 210].

Selon Abou Hourayra (RA), le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) a dit : « Celui qui a lésé son frère dans sa bonne réputation (son
honneur) ou autre chose, qu’il s’en acquitte auprès de lui aujourd’hui (dans ce bas monde) avant qu’il ne se retrouve dans
l’autre monde où le dinars et le dirham n’ont plus cours. S’il a alors quelques bonnes œuvres, on en prend l’équivalent de son
injustice (pour le donner à la personne lésée) et s’il n’a aucune bonne œuvre, on lui fait supporter en compensation une
partie des péchés de la victime ». (Rapporté par Al Boukhari) [Riyad as-Salihin 210].

Ebû Hüreyre’den (ra) rivayet edildiğine göre Peygamber ￼ şöyle buyurmuştur:
Bir kimse eğer kardeşinin haysiyetine yahut malına haksızlık etmiş ise altın ve gümüşün bulunmayacağı kıyamet gününden evvel onunla bugün helâlleşsin. Aksi takdirde yaptığı zulüm nispetinde onun varsa iyi amellerinden alınıp hak sahibine verilecektir. İyiliği yoksa hak sahibinin günahından alınıp haksızlık edene yüklenecektir.
(B2449 Buhârî, Mezâlim, 10) [Riyâzü’s-Sâlihîn 210].

عن أبي موسى رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ “إن الله ليملي للظالم فإذا أخذه لم يفلته ثم قرأ‏:‏ ‏{‏وكذلك أخذ ربك إذا أخذ القرى وهي ظالمة إن أخذه أليم شديد‏}‏ ‏‏(‏هود ‏:‏ 102)‏ (‏متفق عليه‏‏)‏(رياض الصالحين 207).‏‏‏

Abu Musa (May Allah bepleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Verily, Allah gives respite to the oppressor. But when He seizes him, He does not let him escape." Then he (ﷺ)) recited, "Such is the Seizure of your Rubb when He seizes the (population of) towns while they are doing wrong. Verily, His Seizure is painful (and) severe". (11:102).
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim][Riyad as-Salihin 207].

Selon Abou Moussa (RA), le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) a dit : « Dieu allonge la corde à l’injuste mais, quand Il le frappe
de Son châtiment, Il ne le rate pas ». Puis il récita ce verset : « Tel est le châtiment de ton Seigneur quand Il punit les cités
alors qu’elles sont injustes. Son châtiment est bien douloureux et bien dur » (sourate 2 verset 102). (Unanimement reconnu
authentique) [Riyad as-Salihin 207].

Ebû Mûsâ’dan (ra) rivayet edildiğine göre Resûlullah ￼ : Kuşkusuz Allah, zalime (biraz) mühlet verir. Bir kere de onu yakaladı mı kaçmasına imkân vermez, buyurdu. Sonra:
“Zulme sapmış memleketlerin halkını yakaladığında, Rabbinin yakalaması işte böyledir. Şüphesiz O’nun yakalaması can yakıcı ve şiddetlidir.”38 âyetini okudu. (B4686 Buhârî, Tefsîr, (Hûd) 5; M6581 Müslim, Birr, 61) [Riyâzü’s-Sâlihîn 207].

Surat Al-Kahf

عن عائشة رضي الله عنها أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ “من ظلم قيد شبر من الأرض طوقه من سبع أرضين” (‏متفق عليه)(رياض الصالحين 206).‏‏‏

Aishah (May Allah bepleased with her) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Whoever usurps unlawfully even a hand span of land a collar measuring seven times (this) land will be placed around his neck on the Day of Resurrection".
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim] [Riyad as-Salihin 206].

Selon ‘Aïcha (RA), le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) a dit : « Celui qui se sera approprié injustement une palme de terre
l’apportera avec lui le jour de la résurrection, enroulée autour de son cou à partir des sept terres ». (Unanimement reconnu
authentique) [Riyad as-Salihin 206].

Hz. Âişe’den (ra) rivayet edildiğine göre
Resûlullah ￼ şöyle buyurmuştur:
Bir insan, başkasının bir karış yerini haksız bir şekilde alırsa, o yerin yedi katı o kimsenin boynuna geçirilir.
(B2453 Buhârî, Mezâlim, 13; M4137 Müslim, Müsâkât, 142) [Riyâzü’s-Sâlihîn 206].

عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال‏:‏ كنا نتحدث عن حجة الوداع، والنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بين أظهرنا، ولا ندري ما حجة الوداع، حتى حمد الله رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وأثنى عليه، ثم ذكر المسيح الدجال فأطنب في ذكره، وقال‏:‏ “ ما بعث الله من نبي إلا أنذره أمته‏:‏ أنذره نوح والنبيون من بعده، وإنه إن يخرج فيكم فما خفي عليكم من شأنه فليس يخفى عليكم، إن ربكم ليس بأعور، وإنه أعور عين اليمنى، كأن عينه عنبة طافية‏.‏ ألا إن الله حرم عليكم دماءكم وأموالكم ، كحرمة يومكم هذا، في بلدكم هذا، في شهركم هذا، ألا هل بلغت‏؟‏” قالوا‏:‏ نعم، قال‏:‏ “اللهم اشهد -ثلاثًا- ويلكم، أو ويحكم، انظروا، لا ترجعوا بعدي كفارًا يضرب بعضكم رقاب بعض‏"‏ (‏رواه البخاري ، وروي مسلم بعضه)‏‏(رياض الصالحين 205).‏‏

Ibn `Umar (May Allah bepleased with them) reported:
We were talking about the Farewell Pilgrimage without knowing what was it when Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was also present. He (ﷺ) stood up and recited the Praise and Glorification of Allah. He then gave a detailed account of Ad-Dajjal and said, 'Every Prophet sent by Allah had warned his people against his mischief. Nuh (ﷺ) )warned his nation and so did all the Prophets after him. If he (i.e., Ad-Dajjal) appears among you, his condition will not remain hidden from you. Your Rubb is not one-eyed, but Ad-Dajjal is. His right eye is protruding like a swollen grape. Listen, Allah has made your blood, and your properties as inviolable as of this day of yours (i.e., the Day of Sacrifice), in this city of yours (i.e., Makkah), in this month of yours (i.e., Dhul -Hijjah). Listen, have I conveyed Allah's Message to you?'' The people replied in affirmative. There upon he said, "O Allah, bear witness.'' And he repeated it thrice. He (ﷺ) concluded: "Do not revert after me as infidels killing one another".
[Al-Bukhari][Riyad as-Salihin 205].

 Ibn ‘Omar (RA) a dit : « Nous parlions du pèlerinage d’adieu (celui qu’accomplit le Prophète (ﷺ) trois mois avant sa
mort) alors que le Prophète (ﷺ) était encore parmi nous et nous ne savions pas ce que c’était le pèlerinage d’adieu, jusqu’à
ce que le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) prononça un jour la louange et la glorification de Dieu puis évoqua le faux Messie et parla
longuement de lui en disant entre autres : « Dieu n’a pas envoyé un prophète sans lui ordonner de mettre en garde sa
communauté contre le faux Messie. C’est ainsi que Noé et les prophètes après lui reçurent cet ordre. S’il sortait parmi vous,
ses signes distinctifs cachés ne le seront pas pour vous. Votre seigneur n’est pas borgne alors que lui, il lui manque l’œil droit.
Son œil est tel un grain de raisin desséché. Attention ! Deu vous a rendu sacrés vos vies et vos biens comme est sacré votre
jour-ci dans votre mois-ci. Attention ! Ai-je bien transmis ? » Ils dirent : « Oui ». Il dit : « Seigneur Dieu, sois-en témoin !
(trois fois de suite) ». « Malheur à vous ! Ouvrez bien les yeux ! Ne redevenez pas mécréants en frappant vos cous les uns aux
autres ! » (Rapporté par Al Boukhari et Moslem en partie) [Riyad as-Salihin 205].


İbn Ömer (ra) anlatıyor:
Peygamber ￼ sağ iken Veda Haccı’ndan söz eder, fakat mahiyetini bilmezdik. Bir gün Resûlullah ￼ Allah’a hamdü sena etti. Deccâl’dan söz etti ve onunla ilgili olarak uzun bir konuşma yaptı:
–Allah’ın gönderdiği peygamberlerin hepsi, özellikle de Nuh ve ondan sonra gelenler, ümmetlerini Deccâl’e karşı uyarmışlardır. Eğer Deccâl sizin aranızda çıkarsa, onun hâli size gizli kalmaz; siz, Rabbinizin bir gözünün kör olmadığını (eksiklerden münezzeh olduğunu) bilirsiniz. Deccâl’in ise sağ gözü kördür ve su üzerinde yüzen yaş üzüm gibidir. Bilesiniz ki! Allah, kanlarınızı ve mallarınızı, bu belde ve bu ayda, bu günün hürmeti gibi (birbirinize) haram kıldı. Tebliğ ettim mi, diye buyurdu. Sahâbîler:
–Evet, dediler. Peygamber ￼ :
–Allah’ım şahit ol, diye üç defa tekrarladı.
–Aman ha, benden sonra, birbirinin boynunu vuran kâfirler gibi olmayın, size yazık olur, dedi.
(B4402-B4403 Buhârî, Megâzî, 78; M426 Müslim, Îmân, 274) [Riyâzü’s-Sâlihîn 205].

عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏لتؤدن الحقوق إلى أهلها يوم القيامة حتى يقاد للشاة الجلحاء من الشاة القرناء‏"‏ (‏رواه مسلم‏)‏‏‏(رياض الصالحين 204).‏‏

Abu Hurairah (May Allah bepleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "On the Resurrection Day, the rights will be paid to those to whom they are due so much so that a hornless sheep will be retaliated for by punishing the horned sheep which broke its horns".
[Muslim][Riyad as-Salihin 204].

Selon Abou Hourayra le Messager de Dieu (ﷺ) a dit : « Certainement chacun de vous rendra son dû le jour de la
résurrection au point que le mouton sans cornes obtienne réparation du mouton cornu (qui l’aura frappé dans ce monde).
(Rapporté par Moslem) [Riyad as-Salihin 204].

Ebû Hüreyre’den (ra) rivayet edildiğine göre
Resûlullah ￼ şöyle buyurmuştur:
Kıyamet gününde haklar sahiplerine mutlaka iade edilecektir. Hatta boynuzlu koyundan boynuzsuz koyunun hakkı dahi alınacaktır.
(M6580 Müslim, Birr, 60) [Riyâzü’s-Sâlihîn 204].

عن أبي هريرة ، رضي الله عنه ، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ “آية المنافق ثلاث‏:‏ إذا حدث كذب، وإذا وعد أخلف، وإذا أؤتمن خان‏"‏ (‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏‏(رياض الصالحين 199).‏‏

Abu Hurairah (May Allah bepleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "There are three signs of a hypocrite: When he speaks, he lies; when he makes a promise, he breaks it; and when he is trusted, he betrays his trust."
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim] [Riyad as-Salihin 199].

Another narration adds the words: 'Even if he observes fasts, performs Salat and asserts that he is a Muslim".

Selon Abou Hourayra (RA), le Messager de Dieu a dit : « On reconnaît l’hypocrite à l’une de ces trois
caractéristiques :
- Quand il parle il ment.
- Quand il promet il ne teint pas sa promesse
- Quand on lui confie un dépôt il le trahit. (Unanimement reconnu authentique)
Dans une autre version il ajoute :
- ...quand bien même il a observé le jeûne, pratiqué la prière et prétendu être musulman. 
[Riyad as-Salihin 199].

 Ebû Hüreyre’den (ra) rivayet edildiğine göre
Resûlullah ￼ şöyle demiştir:
Münafığın alâmeti üçtür: Konuştuğunda yalan söyler, söz verdiğinde sözünde durmaz, kendisine bir şey emanet edildiği zaman ona hıyanet eder.
(B33 Buhârî, Îmân, 24; M211 Müslim, Îmân, 107) [Riyâzü’s-Sâlihîn 199].

Diğer bir rivayette “O kimse oruç tutsa, namaz kılsa ve kendisinin Müslüman olduğunu iddia etse de (münafıktır.)” ilâvesi vardır. (M213 Müslim, Îmân, 109)

وعن أبي زيد أسامة بن زيد بن حارثة، رضي الله عنهما، قال‏:‏ سمعت رسول الله، صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول‏:‏ ‏"‏يؤتى بالرجل يوم القيامة فيلقى في النار فتندلق أقتاب بطنه فيدور بها كما يدور الحمار في الرحى فيجتمع إليه أهل النار فيقولون‏:‏ يا فلان ما لك ‏؟‏ ألم تك تأمر بالمعروف وتنهى عن المنكر‏؟‏ فيقول‏:‏ بلى، كنت آمر بالمعروف ولا آتيه، وأنهى عن المنكر وآتيه‏"‏ (‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏‏‏(رياض الصالحين 198).

Usamah bin Zaid (May Allah bepleased with them) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "A man will be brought on the Day of Resurrection and will be cast into Hell, and his intestines will pour forth and he will go round them as a donkey goes round a millstone. The inmates of Hell will gather round him and say: 'What has happened to you, O so-and-so? Were you not enjoining us to do good and forbidding us to do evil?' He will reply: 'I was enjoining you to do good, but was not doing it myself; and I was forbidding you to do evil, but was doing it myself". 
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim] [Riyad as-Salihin 198].

Ousâma Ibn Zeyd (RA) a dit : « J’ai entendu dire le Messager de Dieu ﷺ : « Le jour de la résurrection on fait venir l’homme pour le jeter dans le Feu. Ses intestins sortent de son anus et il tourne en les traînant après lui comme tourne l’âne autour d’un moulin. Les gens de l’enfer se rassemblent alors autour de lui et lui disent : « O untel ! Qu’est-ce qui t’arrive ? N’est-ce pas toi qui commandais le bien et interdisais le mal (sur terre) ? » Il dit : « Si, j’ordonnais en effet le bien mais sans le faire moi-même et j’interdisais le mal tout en le faisant ». (Unanimement reconnu authentique) [Riyad as-Salihin 198].

Ebû Zeyd Üsâme b. Zeyd b. Hârise’nin (ra) Resûlullah’tan ￼ şöyle işittiği nakledilmiştir:
Kıyamet gününde bir kimse getirilir ve cehenneme atılır; bağırsakları karnından dışarıya fırlar; ve o hâliyle değirmen çeviren merkep gibi döner. Cehennemdekiler onun yanına toplanırlar ve: –Yâ filan, bu ne hâl! İyiliği emreden ve kötülüğü yasaklayan
sen değil miydin, derler. O da:
–Evet, iyiliği emrederdim fakat onu yapmazdım.
Kötülüğü yasaklardım, fakat onu kendim yapardım, der.
(M7483 Müslim, Zühd, 51; B3267 Buhârî, Bed’ü’l-halk, 10) [Riyâzü’s-Sâlihîn 198].
