Dear Friend, 

Alas, it's time to sunset the Yonomi smart home application on September 29, 2023. Once the service is shut off, your routines will stop running, and all your account data will be permanently deleted. Please refer to our FAQs below for any further questions. 

I'd like to say simply, thank you. Thank you for joining us on this journey over the past 9 years. Thank you for trusting Yonomi to help make your home smarter and more coordinated. 

When we started building the Yonomi platform and Yonomi smart home app, there were very few options for people who wanted to use best-in-class connected products in their homes, together.  So, we forged partnerships with as many of the best device makers as possible and worked hard to integrate with them. We built a reliable engine and created a user experience that would make it easy for people to connect to and automate their homes; then not have to worry about it.  We always believed that things should take care of you, not vice versa.

Since then, the industry has grown around us. We may have invented the smart home routine, but many applications and solutions have now integrated this capability into their products. For example, applications such as IFTTT, Alexa, Google Home, and SmartThings. 
 
In the meantime, we redirected our focus to create an IoT platform that can transform how solutions get built for securely accessing smart spaces seamlessly.  Two and a half years ago, we joined forces with Allegion, the premier safety and security solutions maker on and around the door.  Together, we are doing some amazing things.  It's an exciting and important mission, and we are proud to be a part of it.

Unfortunately, you cannot export routines.

Will my account information be deleted?

Yes. All of your account data will be deleted as of September 29, 2023.
