Upon starting, after I've completed the checklist of, adding a bank,n verifying email. It won't allow me to do the last task adding a profile pic. it stays on the loading page until I shut down the app. Un download it Re-download it. Check for any updates. But when I attempt to add a photo again it told me that I need to fix my permissions. But all the permissions were allowed. Everything was toggled to have permission for everything needed. But it still won't let me add a picture. Ugh pls hlp

First it had me contact support to activate my account. Once my account was activated It says that the app isn't available in my area. So, I went through the whole background check & registration process and even had to contact support for activation just for it not to be available. Like that would've been nice to know beforehand. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because support responded quickly. I downloaded this app to make money because I'm between jobs; definitely a disappointment!

I'm confused as to why did you let me go through the background check process and activate my account just to tell me it's not available in my area that doesn't make any sense so it's a waste of my time then is the app not available in New York I'm confused how can I claim jobs 🥲 n it's saying that is not available in my area.
