I had dropped 2 emails to their support team but didn't get any response. I would like to cancel my SIP immediately but nobody is giving any responsibility either on whatsapp or through email. I have also tried to reach out to the call advisor number in the app but no one picked up my call. Please stop my ongoing SIP or else I would have to escalate this to the higher authorities.

You provide zf expert Ruchi Srivastava, she don't communicate. She pick call and disconnected. Worst app and customer support system.
