Phil is a free mobile application from Roche Diabetes Care France allowing personalized support around nutrition and disease management for patients with type 2 diabetes.

From the diagnosis, you must acquire a lot of knowledge both about your diet and also about diet and physical activity, which are pillars of the management of type 2 diabetes.

This solution was created with type 2 diabetic patients and healthcare professionals. Designed as a real daily companion, Phil helps you gain autonomy and understand the keys to diabetes, while maintaining a pleasant life.

Phil offers you the following features:

For alimentation :
• Customization of the profile according to tastes, eating habits or intolerances of the user.
• More than 1000 recipes selected by dieticians, adapted to the dietary recommendations of type 2 diabetic patients.
• Meal planning and creation of a shopping list.
• An embedded scan allowing the evaluation of the nutritional quality of products in stores thanks to the nutritional score developed by our partner @Innit France.
• Information and advice on diet to help diabetic patients.

For medical follow-up:
• Monitoring of blood glucose and HbA1c data through a blood glucose diary which can be populated via the connection of Accu-Chek Mobile & Accu-Chek Guide meters or entered manually by the user.
• Export and sharing of the glycemic diary in PDF format.
• Pathology information and advice to help patients better manage their diabetes.


What is “Type 2” diabetes?
