The app crashes when we try to make a payment. And then the bank gets charged, payment gets stuck in the app and we have to wait, or call the support to update the payment. Not to mention "failed" payments which charged the bank nonetheless but never received. Support doesn't know how to fix but instead make you go around circles with lame excuses. Really frustrating since this was my primary transaction app for years. I know bugs can happen, but when you don't fix them for months, itd not good.

After the last update, when I tried to make a payment to Uber, the app got stuck, just after I pressed "I agree" (after selecting number and amount). Please rectify that.
