It's loading too slow, options take forever to display. Quite often it's failing to activate additional options (i.e. activation of extra data). Roaming options not even included. Seriously, hire someone capable to develop a proper app and proper database and include options such are roaming activation/deactivation etc. For once be proactive and do something with this pathetic excuse for an app.

After years unreliability improved a little, but it still logs you off randomly from time to time. But the most problematic issue is handling multiple phones and services; when you activate a feature, the confirmation screen doesn't show which account it is for, which is a source of mistakes.

Hi! Thank you for the updated rating and we hope to earn 5 stars in the future! You can see directly in the main menu which of the phone numbers you are using in your Yettel account. You can also give unique names to managed phone numbers, which also makes identification easier before activating the service.(More/Subscription) Best regards, Jani

After couple of years the app is still laggy- every time opening app you need to login, it is loading for very long time, often it just doesn't load balance, pressing back button in menus often bring to empty pages. Yettel should concentrate on app stability more. It is horrible that mobile operator has very bad mobile app.
