Every months I buy the same package. To find it I had to go through unclear and very confusing path within the app. It seems that it is done by design - only expensive packages are available in a main page. Shame.

Awful experience and support. Don't recommend this provider. You buy a package for month, but if by mistake you pay 1 lari less, they just switch on a different tarif that you never asked them about and you balance will go to 0 in one day. Yes, as your support insisted, you are right, but what from this if customers leave in the end? I used the service for more than half a year, but will cancel now. Thanks

Cant log in to account, check balance and use app in general if I am not connected to internet via same Sim mobile data as I want to manage the account. General purpose of the qpp I think is to purchase mobile data plans what it doesnt do. In addition if I am using several data and phone plans simoultaneously it shows only recent one thats balance is not being used at the moment.
