Every month update concern. Whenever you open the app in emergency situations it will require an update and will never proceed until you update the app. The worst thing is the app required a huge storage to be updated otherwise it downloads to the 100% but the installation stops due to less storage. I recommend that if you have a new update to the app, make the app still usable for the users somehow.

Worst experience using your app. Mentioning some major issues: 1. Transaction history should be listed from most recent to oldest. Oldest to latest order is very irritating and makes no sense! 2. Also why transactions from the past twenty four hours don't appear in the transaction history? 3. Have to enter payee details again and again every time as they are not saved automatically

Unable to enter the otp manually while trying to register a new device. Auto fetch feature is such a disappointment, why do i need to have the sim in the same phone that I want to register, additionally, it clearly mentions that we can use email to receive otp and to enter it manually, even inside the app the preference can be changed to receive the otp via email but we simply cannot enter it. This is why this app is rated so low, such poor customer service. I will be closing my account.
