The worst banking app. While payment process the problem occurs and have to wait for a while. Transaction error was shown but the money is been deducted from the account due to which I have to send the same amount again and again another same amount deducted. Looks like we shouldn't fully rely on this mobile banking app.

New review: Now its good. Everything works nicely. Thanks. Old review: Completely useless. No way to reset online login password at all. its been 2 months since i am trying and still no help at all. I dont know who designed this application. It takes 10 min to just explain difference between txnpin and login password to it guy. Worst service. I asked them to reset my login password but still no hope.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We highly regret the inconvenience caused. Due to security concerns, we do not have the password reset function. Kindly visit your nearest branch once for password reset. However, we are trying to bring new updates with password reset function.

It's showing 100000 ( 1 lakh ) minimum amount deposit for fixed deposit scheme on garima digital batuwa but Bank manager informed 10,000 is minimum deposit. garima digital batuwa should be fixed soon..
