Am rating this app 2 star. The old app is better than this, this new app you have to do everything all over again to be able to use it. Transaction always telling you something is wrong. Also, when making transfer and typing in info the screen cannot scroll up or down thereby making it very difficult to see the amount of money u input and payment description. Also cable subscriptions has been messed up as u can no longer see fees for each package. An updated app should be better & not worse .

My experience is so bad since weeks back. The application does not open it remains blanked. Still my experience remains the same. In addition to this, if at all the app will come up occasionally after several attempts, the transaction won't be completed due to the OTP that's generated from your end will not come up until the transaction times out. I will end up doing nothing after all.

Not sure what they've done to the app but it has become so buggy. If you switch devices, it's practically impossible to have a new device registered. Then you call customer support and they tell you to switch ISP - all because of a single app. As if the other apps that are able to work with just a stable internet connection are special.
