Extremely unhappy about the fact I'm being forced to download an application to register, which takes forever, and the registration process takes a long while thanks to the lack of good network inside the premise as well. Digitisation is good, but fully digitising everything is a pain and brands don't seem to understand the absurdity.

I had booked an appointment through Practo in Cloudnine Bellandur for baby checkup. And billing department asked to install the cloudnine app twice despite of telling, I don't have storage in my phone. They said, we do not see any appointment that's the reason, book through our app. They took me as a walk-in. After I installed app today, I'm seeing my appointment booked through Practo was cancelled. Just to make their app downloads, they cancel ur appointments internally without letting u know.

Very slow app. The download option does not work when you want to download reports. Lab service is pathetic. They never come on time for home collection. The happily say we'll come the next day. Very unreliable service.
