Need a better interactive map
The interactive map on the updated app is lousy! You should add an option to display labels without having to click on something. When I click and get more details then go back to the main menu it shifts the map and I can’t tell what it’s showing.
New update is amazing!
Hello, the new update for the Carowinds app makes it nice and modern with more simplistic ways to use it like trying to find a way to a ride, and even when you save your cars location it uses your phones map! For me since I am an iOS user it uses Apple Maps. You can even scan your parking spot, I have not tried it yet but I definitely will next time I visit! But I really wish there was a dark mode for the app. Other than that nice job on the new app!
I can't access 2023 or 2024 pass on website or app
I can't view this year or next year's pass on the website or the app even though I paid in FULL for both.
Customer service has not reached out to me. I don't even know if my card is active or not to get into the park for Winterfest. Extremely disappointed with the season pass interface and poor customer service experience.
