The app works fine but it needs to incorporate some improvements, such as: a cancellation fee for users and not to punish that hard the driver's cancellation, today I was disconnected for 1 hour after canceling a ride, additionally they should allow the driver to update the destination if necessary, as the app does not update the fare based on the kilometers traveled, it can happen that a passenger puts a destination and we really go to a different place.

As a driver I'm not quite satisfied with the service because i believe the amount of money the company takes from us (drivers) is too high, plus the fact that now there is an extra charge that, in theory, the passenger pays but in the end we drivers are the one to pay for it because it's taken out of the total amount of the ride and not from your commission.

Mostly ok but still gets location for pickup wrong more than 50 % of the time so you must adjust it manually. Drivers cancel after you've waited 10 minutes for them so you must begin again.
