1. The app is not working as intended. You can pay with it, even tho the payscreen is opened (I always pay with the default payment method). 2. You can't add the card to Google wallet. 3. Sadly there is no way of sending them a message, you can't find a mail address to send your problems to. 4. After every payment you get an automated mail with the current sold, and the best part is you can't turn off. There is no option in the app/on the web. You are spammed.

Useless app. after the last 2 updates. It can be used only to check your balance. The wallet and payment option goes to a white screen that crashes the app. So you need to have your physical card on you for any purchase. You also cannot enroll your card into Google Wallet, they haven't activated this option. I sent the support team an e-mail with all the details back in January, no replies yet, they completely ignored my issue. Very poor quality of service.

App is useless. All I need to know is my ballance. If you have more than one card asociated usually it does not display all of them. Very, very SLOW loading. Things worsened after moving to pluxee. Notifications are received in delay by a few hours. Still not fixed. Transaction history doesn't display the time of the day, just the date. Also it starts with an ugly face. I gave it one star just because there is no option to go below zero stars.
