This is one app all the residents of Oman was waiting for. And it has come out great...
However nowadays every time I open the app, I am asked for GSM number and OTP and then my credentials.
Hope you can fix it soon.
Also, I would like to see option for saving credit card details so that I do not have to enter it every time
Poor application
Unfortunately this application although designed well, is useless most of the time as every time I try to pay my bills through it, the application either crashes, freezes, or just goes back to home page without processing the payment. It is very frustrating I had to find other ways to pay my bills - which basically means the application is useless. I hope it will improve in the future, but until then, I am deleting it from my phone.
Please note: you can not get customer support for this application, so if you plan to pay through it and something wrong happens , you probably won’t be able to get your money back. I suggest you deal with the companies you need to pay directly, this application is not good at the moment.
Photo upload from the album
You should improve your app to upload photos from the album similar to other apps. This could help get the reading even if I am not available home any my family members can capture the photo of the meter reading.
