It's high time for Rockgas to upgrade the app. We live in 2020 and not in 80's . Please provide payment options ,and display due amount in the app for better visibility for customers. And go paper less . Delivery is always on time.Customer care staff are friendly and professional. Only problem is with App . Make it more user friendly with all options needed for payment , due balance and payment dates .

This app works really well. I see some people grizzled about it not showing account balances or being able to pay the bill with it. They just need to remember that it is an ordering app not a customer portal to their account. As an ordering app it works fine.

Hasn't worked so far, get as far as blue screen with shower head on it, then it is unresponsive. Uninstalled / reinstalled, restarted phone etc etc....same result 14.11.2019 new phone, still same result...!!
