The application is not working on Android 12, Samsung One UI 4, Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, I got a message that there is a technical error. Please update the app snd fix this bug. Thank you

Hi there, seems an techinical issue with this app, i've tried many times to initiate call but failed, however and to be fair i've got two calls from CIB after 5 hours.

Stuck on the loading page Poor design I tried it many time on different mobiles and never able to use it Don't recommend it Much easier to use the phone banking
