Since my original review in 2022 until now, you cannot use the reload feature in the app to take advantage of promos because it simply does not work. Every time I try to add credit via this app, it fails. They gave added the ability to add your card to your Google wallet which is nice, and it's easy to check your balances... I just wish they would fix the reload that hasn't worked for YEARS at this point.

reload via Gcash QR code...I saw a quick "Transaction Successful" then it redirects to error. When I check "My Invoices" or balance none. it took a while before the reload credited. :-( also the app is very slow.. I thought it was my connection but that is not the case. it is always slow.. no matter which connections(home internet or mobile data) I used.

App doesn't even work. I lasted used it over a year ago & it worked ok-ish & then tried to open the app this school holidays & it gets stuck on what appears a web browser loading page. I even got an offer for double points, so I tried again so I could take my 4 kids & thier cousins, which is alot of money we would be spending & no it didn't work again. Uninstalling & not bothering anymore.
