doobi is a digital mobile only laundry and dry cleaning platform. Designed to provide a fun and easy laundry experience. Simply, pick a plan, fill a bag and leave the rest to us!
Why doobi?
We make laundry easy, literally. We pick up, we clean and we deliver. Each customer gets an essential welcome kit on their first order delivered to their doorstep. We refer to these as “necessities”, and the lack of having them can hugely impact the ease of doing laundry!
What’s next?
Fill a bag with your items and we will take care of the rest! We will return them to you cleaned, pressed or folded and smelling fresh! We have a single price per bag and no hidden cost! (Hence: Free delivery for you!)
Special requests?
Easy! Through doobi, you have full control over your laundry! You may add your special requests, choose your preferred scent, control your folding preferences or even take a photo of your items directly on the app!

If I could give zero stars I would
What can I say. Negligence. Terrible conflict resolution skills. And the last driver that came was a condescending liar. And the company would rather protect this lying driver than the customer. All this costumer centricity nonsense is just some meaningless business jargon. Oh yeah. And if they feel like you’re a threat to continuity they will try to beat the clock and file a case against you based in false accusations.
