JAMEIA.COM 4+

This app is one of the best in Kuwait. Easy to navigate, a lot of goods and great deals!
Although I can’t find everything I expect in Jamiya on the App, it still covers 90% of my needs. I also like how the chat service is fast, smooth and efficient.

Horrible service. Received my vegetables in bad shape and a lot of stuff were rotten and had to throw out most of them. And an item missing. Not to mention they weren’t on time. Was supposed to receive order between 10 and 12. And received my order at 4 35 !!
Called to complain multiple times and nothing happened. She stayed calm and lied about putting amount spent on rotten veggies back into the wallet when I told her I don’t want to order from them anymore and was trying to end the phone call and sounded like she couldn’t wait to close the phone to get done with me. Very disappointed! Never again!

I felt like this had potential but searching for anything is almost impossible. Cluttered with tooooo many random products. If you know the specific product you might be able to find it, but I found it lacking in the number of products in a category. I searched for water and I only found about 3 brands. Searched for other specific product couldn’t find and spent the next few minutes just trying to see if there are equivalent products and it was close to impossible to get to the product category.

I could barley spend 10 min from installing to using the app to shop and uninstalled it and it made me want to write a review even though I usually don’t bother.

UI and UX needs improvement.

This is meant to maybe motivate to fix the UI, all the best to whoever is trying to build something.
